INFORMATION ABOUT DRIVING TEST and TRAINING CENTER

1.      FUNCTION

  Cars driving center is a unit directly under Vocational college of Agricultural Mechanics. Its main functions are to recruit, train, and ensure facilities and equipment for training, examining and issuing driving license of motor vehicle (categories A1, A2, A3, A4, B1, B2, C, D, E, F) according to regulations of Ministry of Transport and Communications. Besides, the center is in charge of renting driving ground, cars and other services serving candidates in and out of province to come to practice at the center.

2. MISSION

- Recruiting students who want to learn to drive cars according to categories regulated in cars driving training license issued by General department of Vietnam Road Administration.

- Making training plan, signing training contract, on behalf of the college, opening classes and training students in driving cars according to categories regulated by VCAM.

- Implementing authorization of collecting training fee, testing fee according to regulations of VCAM.

- Completing profiles of entrance, graduation and driving license issuing test; issuing graduation profiles to learners precisely, promptly and legally.

- Finalizing books, professional reports and storing according to regulations of the industry.

- Ensuring facilities, vehicles and equipment of marking according to regulations in order to conduct the test objectively and precisely.

- Coordinating and facilitating driving training center to bring learners to practice and testing council to conveniently organize the test as planned.

- Renting facilities, vehicles, equipment for individuals or groups to practice driving skills.

- Developing annual revenue and expenditure plans to ask for approval of leaders of the college before carrying out.

- Implementing services supporting to activities of Cars driving center.

- Ensuring safety of driving test activities.

- Fully implementing reporting regulations to the college and Office of Transport and Communications.

- Continuously consolidating facilities of the center.

3. CADRES AND TEACHING STAFFS

- The center now has 34 cadres and teachers having high professional qualification meeting learning needs of learners. Leaders board of the center includes 01 director and 03 deputy directors. The center is a united group working effectively.
