I. FUNCTION - MISSION

1. Function

- Consulting about enrollment of the college.

- Acting as a connection between the college and businesses in training related to the need of labor market.

- Introducing, consulting on job for students and supporting to manufacturing service development of the college.

          2. Mission

- Planning and implementing annual enrollment.

- Putting forward solutions and measures to meet the annual enrollment target.

- Coordinating with Training department and other department to advise Rectors Board on social demands in expanding training trades.

- Coordinating with Training department and related departments receiving and supporting in preparing profiles and procedures to implement training activities.

- Frequently contacting with businesses to collect information to consult about enrollment for students after graduation. 

- Building “student trace” plan supporting for building training strategy, prediction and mission of the college.

- Coordinating with other units to develop manufacturing service.

- 02 Certificates of merit of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development  

- 01 Certificate of merit of Chairman of People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc province.

* Individuals:

-  01 individual has received Certificate of merit of Prime Minister.

-  02 individuals have received signification namely, modal worker at ministry level.

-  02 individuals have received Certificates of merit of Minister for 6 times.

-  01 individual has received Certificate of merit of Chairman of People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc province.
