INFORMATION ABOUT POLITICS FACULTY

I. FUCNTION

Being a basic unit directly under the Rectors Board, the faculty directly implements plan of teaching Marxism – Leninism theory and takes responsibility for training quality of allocated subjects.

  MISSION

1. Organizing and implementing teaching plan.

Teaching Marxism – Leninism theory for students belonging to Vocational Intermediate branch and Vocational Branch.

 - Making plans of teacher, materials and facilities. Allocating, organizing teaching ensuring the progress through teaching plan and lesson plan of each teacher.

 - Regularly monitoring the compliance with teaching regulations and teaching situation of each teacher, timely reminding mistakes.

- Coordinating with Training department in adjusting progress when necessary.

- Regularly monitoring learning quality of students, timely giving solutions to increase teaching and learning quality, timely informing teaching and learning situation to Training department.

- Timely completing books which monitor learning process of students.

- Regularly organizing exams, tests and graduation tests complying with regulations.

2. Managing teachers and students

- Taking responsibility for managing teachers in the department.

- Taking responsibility for managing students in classes that the faculty is teaching in both specialization and ethnical lifestyle.

- Understanding learning and training situation of students to find solutions to help and encourage them.

- Coordinating and organizing students’ movements.

- Timely informing students’ situation to Students Management Department.

 - Proposing rewards and disciplines for students.

3. Managing and using equipment, machines and learning tool model effectively.

- Maintaining machines, facilities in good technical conditions.

- Using materials and machines economically, safely and effectively.

- Regularly monitoring situation of facilities and materials.

- Putting forward liquidation, supplementing new equipment for the faculty.

4.  Fostering teachers, improving objectives, compiling textbooks, applying new teaching methods.

- Making a teacher fostering plan. Enhancing qualification of teachers by means of class observation, teaching festival, professional activities... Participating effectively in doing scientific researches.

- Collecting new experiences, improving objectives and learning program after each course.

- Recompiling materials and textbooks of subjects taught in the faculty so as to fit them with curriculum.

- Improving and applying new teaching methods.

- Certificate of merit of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in 2012, 2014.

- Certificate of merit of Chairman of People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc Province
