Developing a standardized training package based on performance competency for trade of agricultural mechanics

This task is in the framework of support project of International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF) and Association for the Promotion of Education and Training Abroad (APEFE) on empirically implementing assessment of professional competence (APC) in vocational and technical training as well as on developing APC training program for trade of agricultural mechanics in Vietnam. 

From 17/8/2015 to 21/8/2015, experts and members participating in developing the training program for trades of agricultural mechanics based on performance competency stayed together to develop a standardized training package. In 5 working days at VCAM, they completed the draft of standardized training package based on performance competency for trade of agricultural mechanics. Schools are invested including Vocational College of Agricultural Mechanics, Vocational College for the Central Highlands Ethnic Minority Youths, Vinh Long University of Technology Education.

Before that, experts and members developed a standardized package in 6/2015; they will continuously compose training documents and guiding documents on how to organize teaching under experts’ help as well as developing standardized assessment package in 10/2015.
