AFD delegation working at VCAM

In the framework of the visit to Vietnam from 24/11 to 05/12/2016 of AFD delegation, the delegation had a visit and worked at VCAM on 30/11/2016. During the working session, the two sides discussed the contents related to the implementation of the project "Investment in Development of High Quality Vocational Training Schools".

     Members of AFD delegation were:

- Ms. Merie - Pierre NICILLET, Head of human resource development;

- Ms. Veronique SAUVAT, Project leader at the Vocational Education and Training Department;

- Mr. SCHWERER Alban, Project leader at the Vocational Education and Training Department;

- Ms. Anahat KAUR, Trainee at AFD in Paris;

- Mr. Jean Andres Lasserre, Transport specialist of AFT - France's transport and logistics development agency

- Mr. Stephan VERAN, Long-term consultant of the project;

- Mr. Tran Hoang Dieu, Technical staff of the PMU of ODA funded vocational training projects.

     Welcoming the delegation, there were Mr. Pham Ngoc Vinh – Acting Rector; Mr. Pham To Nhu – Vice Rector and other teachers from faculties which are benificiary.

At the meeting, the Acting Rector introduced the basic information about school’s training activities. After that, the two sides exchanged and discussed issues related to the implementation of the project "Investment in development of high-quality vocational training schools".

     At the end of the meeting, the delegation visited school’s facilities, visiting specialized classrooms at faculties; observing the learning process of students in the practical workshops.

At the end of the visit, the delegation appreciated the achievements of the school in implementing the project "Investment in development of high quality vocational training schools".
