Training quality guarantee strategy

a. Aims

Training quality is the most important aim of the College. Teaching staff and officers of the College are required to self-assess and frequently examine training quality by many approaches and information sources to adjust and improve training quality. Training quality must be evaluated at the point of training targets, training results, human resources, engineering infrastructure and preparation for the next period to ensure the successful completion of the Development strategy.

b. Solutions

          - Training quality evaluating must be followed quality testing regulations No. 02/2008/QĐ-BTBXH on January 17th 2008 by the Ministry of Labor- Invalids and Social Affairs, which gives out 9 criteria: target and duty, organization and management, teaching and learning activities, teachers and managing officers, curricula and textbook, library, infrastructure, teaching equipments, financial management and services for vocational learners.

          - Training quality evaluating also bases on market survey and evaluation by frequently estimating number and sectors of tasks undertaken by the College’s graduates, as well as evaluating how well they fulfill the work. Moreover, it is required to collecting feedbacks of enterprises or businesses about the College’s training quality by using survey sheets and holding customer conferences, etc.

          - The College will set up quality management model and periodical testing basing on testing criteria of the Ministry of Labor- Invalids and Social Affairs according to model BS 5750/ISO 9000 and general quality management model, including quality of student selection, quality of training organization  and quality of the work force who have been trained at the College.
