Photo exhibition of Agency of French Development
With the theme of "Journey of 20 years of development supporting of AFD in Vietnam” and “60 solutions face to climate change”, AFD Vietnam successfully organized the photo exhibition of above themes at VCAM on 04.08.2015 morning
At the opening ceremony were Mr. Resmi RENEVEY – Office Director of Vietnam Agency of French Development, Mr. Stephan Veran – Long-term Consultant of ODA – funded Vocational training project management unit (PMU); Mr. Nguyen Van An – Secretary of Party Committee, Rector of the college with cadres in Rectors Board as well as teachers and students in the college
At the ceremony, Mr. Resmi RENEVEY emphasizes this event will open for a chain of exhibitions held by AFD in 2015 at many other places in Vietnam. Also, this is the first time photos about “"Journey of 20 years of development supporting of AFD in Vietnam” and “60 solutions face to climate change”, which were selected carefully, have been introduced to Vietnam. Besides a range of exhibitions in 2015, AFD with other sponsors and Government of Vietnam will implement a program facing to climate change with the aim of supporting Vietnam in policies on reforming industries and developing regulation frame to prevent climate change effectively.
VCAM is one of five beneficiaries from investment capital in the frame of second vocational training project of AFD in Vietnam (total capital is 25 million euro). This is also the reason why the college was chosen to be place organizing photo exhibition. At the exhibition, 200 visitors were welcomed. The exhibition was held from April 8 to April 15 at the library of VCAM.
