General Director of Auto Motors Vietnam visited and worked at the college

In the framework of cooperation, seeking development opportunities for trades and training activities in the college, in order to maximize the operation of ODA projects funded by the French Government through the Agency of French Development (AFD).

On August 15, 2014 morning, the delegation of automotive retail group namely Groupe Jean Rouyer of which a representative is Auto Motors Vietnam company, the official importer and distributor of Renault vehicles in Vietnam, leaded by Mr. Xavier Coiffard - Auto Motors Vietnam General Director, came to work and to discuss cooperation opportunities for establishing an international training center for automobile sales skills in VCAM.

On the side of the college, there were Mr. Nguyen Van An – Secretary of Party’s cell, Rector of the college, cadres in the Rectors Board and representatives of Science and International Cooperation Department.

Attending the meeting were Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang - Deputy Director of Management Unit of ODA funded vocational training project, General Department of Vocational Training, Ms. Anna – Chief of Finance and Partner Relation Unit of AFD office in Vietnam, jointly discussed about what possibilities and opportunities related to legal procedures and financial resources can be mobilized.

After visiting the 02 workshops which are being built - a component of ODA project funded by AFD, these sides discussed about cooperation and organization opportunities for a new job in the college - Sale Skills for automotive products in Vietnam. The sides have agreed that this project will bring great benefit to the college, companies selling automobile and society if implemented.

At the end of the working session, VCAM leaders expected the sides would be concerned and do researches to realize the project.
