3rd investigation of AFD at the college
On 03/07/2010 morning, Mr. Sylvain Clement represented Agency of French Development (AFD) to come to visit with the aim of re-investigating feasibility study report on asking for ODA aid by Government of France and checking reports of AFD expert groups.
Representing Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development was Mr. Tran Hieu Dung, General Director of Plan Department.
Representing GDVT was Mr. Le Van Chuong, Head of Foreign Affairs Department. On the side of the college, there were Mr. Nguyen Van An, Secretary of Party’s Cell, Rector of the college with the Rectors Board, Head of Departments and Faculties in the college.
After the working session, Mr. Sylvain Clement highly appreciated college’s preparation for research reports, achievements, dynamic Rectors Board, Head of Departments and Faculties as well as teachers.
Mr. Sylvain confirm to continuously boost project with agencies of Vietnam to realize the project in the near future.
